Women's Day 2021
Please Note: This message is not only for the males but to everyone who wished me today
From morning my inbox is flooded with women's day wishes. Thank you for all those who wished me.. ❤😍
But think for a moment, do you really respect every woman in your life as a human being and do you respect them everyday..
To all those who wished me today.. Want to ask you some questions..
#Have you respected your mother for everything she has done these many years for you??
#Have you praised your mother for something she tried, out of her comfort zone?
#Have you sat down with your mother just to listen to everything she has lost in her life just because she wanted to be a good mother??
#Have you ever congratulated your sister on her victory??
#Have you respected all women in your life for what they truly are rather treating them as just beauty models?
#How many days did you live without passing a comment on a girl based on her looks?
#How many days have passed without using an abusive word that actually denotes the female gender? (Eg.bitch)
#Have you respected the efforts of your colleague when she was promoted? And didn't pass the comment or allow any of your colleagues to pass that comment "She got this promotion just because she was a female"
#Have you treated a driver on road differently, just because she was a female? (May it be "females are not efficient drivers" or "she is a pretty good driver being a female")
#Have you admired your girlfriend or wife in whatever outfit she may be in without passing a comment that will hurt her? (May it be her pajamas or may it be a crop top and a short skirt)
#Have you respected the talent every female has without sexualizing her?
And most important, How many of you have appreciated women without using the phrase
"Being a female / woman what you have done is extraordinary" 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Ufffff.. Actually we are already tired of all these.. Please treat us equally.. That is just as a human being.. That is more than enough..
When this is achieved we won't need a separate day to be celebrated, everyday would be a celebration 😍😍
Hoping I would see a world were we would be treated equally 🤩❤
